Terra Search Expanding Amid Rise in Exploration – Now Hiring Geologists and Field Technicians Across Australia

As exploration activity across Australia experiences a significant resurgence, Terra Search is proud to announce the expansion of our workforce to over 80 dedicated professionals. This growth reflects increased demand in the resources sector—particularly in gold and copper exploration—and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality geological services nationwide.

While we are recruiting across Australia, the current recruitment focus is centered on our Queensland operations, based out of our Townsville office. We have several opportunities including base metals and phosphate exploration in the Mt Isa region. We are seeking motivated Geologists and Field Technicians to support ongoing and upcoming projects in this highly prospective terrain.

One program will run from July to October and we require 4 geologists and 4 field technicians to support and RC Drilling campaign in the Century area.

In addition to this we are continuing to expand our crew in Western Australia out of our Perth office.
