Follow-up record (Compliance form)

A follow-up record is a note that something needs attention, for example that a person's notifications were switched off and why. You open one from Compliance, Follow-up tab: tick one row and choose Edit.

Close a follow-up or add a comment

1. Change the Status to "Closed", or leave it Open.

2. Type in Comments. A comment is required to close a record.

3. Choose Save. The app returns to Compliance. Save stays greyed until you change something, and the app says "Fill out all required fields" if a required field is empty.

Only Status, Comments and the attachments can be changed. Everything else on the record is read-only. You cannot start a new follow-up here.
