Clients database record

A client record is a small form: a name, a status and any files. Reach it from Databases, Clients tab: choose New, or tick one row and choose Edit.

Add or change a client

1. Type the Client Name.

2. Choose the Status, "Active" or "Inactive". It is required.

3. Add up to 10 files under Attachments if you need to.

4. Choose Save. Save stays greyed until you change something. If something required is missing the app says "Fill out all required fields".

To stop using a client without deleting it, set its Status to "Inactive". Back with unsaved changes asks "Do you want to save changes?".
