Projects database record
A project record holds a project's client, site, nearby emergency services, the default compliance requirements for its people and equipment, and who receives its forms. Reach it from Databases, Projects tab: choose New, or tick one row and choose Edit.
Add or change a project
Use the tabs to move between sections: Summary, Roads, Work Site, Accommodation, Medical, Hospital, Police, Airfield, Default Compliance and Form Deliverables. All shows every section.
On Summary, fill in the required fields: Project Name, Client, Time zone, Compliance Hour and Check-In Hour. The time zone field is labelled with the three-letter abbreviation of Greenwich Mean Time and takes a whole-hour offset. A new project starts with an offset of 8, compliance hour 7 and check-in hour 19. The client must already be in the Clients database.
Enter the work site's coordinates as latitude, longitude, like -31.96301, 115.90432.
Phone numbers for the accommodation, medical clinic, hospital, police and airfield accept Australian mobiles and landlines and the business numbers 13, 1300 and 1800, for example 08 9123 4567, 0412 345 678, 13 12 34 or 1300 123 456. International numbers are not accepted here. If a number is not in a form the app takes, it says "Check the marked coordinates or phone numbers before saving."
Choose Save. Save stays greyed until you change something.
Default compliance
Staff Trigger Forms and Equipment Trigger Forms choose which submitted forms add a person or equipment to the project's compliance registers. The requirements beneath them are what each then owes. They are copied into new compliance records only, so changing them later does not alter records that already exist. A Safety Briefing adds the people and equipment it names whatever the trigger forms are. A project can tick "Quad Bike Inspection", but no form has that name: quad bikes and side-by-sides use the UTV Inspection. For which forms add whom, see Staff compliance and Equipment compliance.
Form deliverables
Send All Forms here can only add to the same switch on Settings: on, every form from this project is sent; off, the Settings switch still decides which forms are sent. The recipient lists choose who receives each kind of form, in addition to the Settings distribution lists.
Statutory appointments

The Statutory appointments panel is read-only. It lists the appointments recorded in the Mine Record Book. To change one, record a change there; see Mine Record Book appointments.
Good to know
A multi-select list cannot be emptied here: if you remove every item, the old list is kept.
