Comms database record

A comms record holds one communications device. Reach it from Databases, Comms tab: choose New, or tick one row and choose Edit.

Add or change a device

1. Choose the Comms Type. It is required.

2. Type the Comms Name.

3. For a GPS tracker, Track and Webhook appear. Fill them in only for a device that sends tracking.

4. Switch Active off when the device is no longer used.

5. Add up to 10 files under Attachments if you need to.

6. Choose Save. Save stays greyed until you change something.

Back with unsaved changes asks "Do you want to save changes?".
