Hazard report screen

This screen lets you review and update a hazard report that has already been submitted. It does not create new hazard reports. They arrive from the field form.

You reach it from Registers, Hazard Reports: tick a row and choose Edit. A row on the Dashboard's Hazards tab opens it too.

Update a hazard

1. Check the report: where, what type, the description, the initial risk level and the corrective controls.

2. Fill in or change Residual Risk Level, Further Actions, Risk Outcome and Comments.

3. To close the hazard, change Status to "Closed".

4. Choose Save. Save stays greyed until you change something. The Registers list and the Dashboard's open hazards update straight away, and a closed hazard leaves the open list.

Back asks "Do you want to save changes?" only if you changed something. The Back and Save buttons are at the bottom of the form.
